got a Galaxy S10+ and been trying for 2 days using all methods (other than factory reset) 

and at the final step of adding a google account that is a child account, it says failed, cannot have other (?google) accounts on the device

thing is, there is no other accounts, not google not samsung not anything under accounts

cleared all caches and storage of everything remotely related to google inc youtube/YT music

still won't work

don't want to factory reset it to find that it still won't work as it takes ages to set everything up
