Hi all

I'm trying to buy a phone through the Samsung EPP website (my work has access). I was on yesterday and left a S22+ in the cart. I went to sign in today but the password page isn't working.

Could someone who has access please confirm its down.

Bit of a 1st world problem, but I do get a nice saving.

Working this AM.  I tried several times on different devices and got a security lockout message.  Tried on my work laptop and breezed through so I wondered if it was a deliberate restriction.

This thread reminded me that I'd been meaning to order a case from the EPP store. Just checked out, seems to be all working fine.

I cleared my cookies etc, then it worked. Although I tried that yesterday and it didn't. But the site is definitely working for me. Just bought a S22+.
I assume buying fro the EPP store excludes the bonus ear buds and 4 months free YouTube premium?

Good idea. Yea considering the same purchase and think you are right. Makes the deciding factor hard for me, the retail store offer of a $300 trade boost is tempting for me too (S21U).

EPP store working fine last night off my phone too.
