Morning Everyone,
I jumped the gun and imported Oppo Find X6 pro from china. Still evaluating but have some initial thoughs as a great competitor for S23 ultra. Here are some initial pics

Very nice...thinking about doing the same to have a play with. You haven't jumped the gun, Find X6 Pro isn't going to be available in NZ, flagship this year for Oppo will be Find N2 Flip.

I've some questions please:

Where did you purchase from? Ali? Any custom fees/taxes?
Does 5G/VoWiFi/VoLTE work out of the box (I suppose it depends on which MNO you are with)?
Does NFC work on Google Pay/Wallet?

Super keen on updates. I have the Find X5 Pro. I so wanted the X6 Pro in NZ. Keen on how well it works.

Playstore issues
Cameras - more pics, more pics :)
Bank and Authentication app issues
Cost to NZ?
Google wallet issues
Warranty?

Much envy :)

Hi everyone, i am still not daily driving it yet as i am waiting for cases and protectors to arrive. The one in the box is eco leather but doesn’t cover the side so it feels very slipper in hand with that case

Regarding your questions, I can answer a few

Where did you purchase from? Ali? Any custom fees/taxes? AliExpress, cheapest price available at the moment
Does 5G/VoWiFi/VoLTE work out of the box (I suppose it depends on which MNO you are with)? voLTE , wifi calling is working, 5g needs to be tested . Using Spark
Does NFC work on Google Pay/Wallet, - setup but needs to tested. Everything went smooth setting it up

Playstore issues -None everything work fine
Cameras - more pics, more pics :). Will post soon :)
Bank and Authentication app issues- No issues with the apps . Mobile banking apps working fine
Cost to NZ? -around 1600$ with DHL shipping included
Google wallet issues- setup but need to tested.
Warranty? 1 year but via China.

Thanks for the answers, VoLTE and VoWiFi looks promising, let us know if 5G works for you on Spark (even though I am with One NZ).

Curious which memory config you went for?

I can also confirm Google wallet and Google Pay works as well.

Here is a brief initial review, still have14 pro max with me and used s23 ultra. Phone feel much smaller than both. Screen os brighter than 14 pro max. Phone is much narrower and side and much thinner and alot more curvy. Speaker quality is good and better than most but not better than s23 ultra and 14 pro max. Camera has its ups and down but overall it provides some unique style on photos and videos due to huge sensors.
Battery life is on par with s23 ultra and 14 pro max. There is some chinese bloatware but not too mivj annoying. App notifications works as normal. No issue there. Updated to march 2023 security patch so that is also going well.

I am afraid I donot find Esim setting in the phone as well google search shows that Esim is not supported :(

Thanks for checking and confirming.

I suppose it's not surprising given the phone isn't intended for int'l markets and eSIM isn't exactly popular in China (don't think any of the local MNO offer eSIM service)

Yes all of them work on Oppo Find X6 pro. Only thing I haven’t tested is Android Auto.
