Hello. I'm giving my old Android phone to someone (getting a new phone)

If I go to ACCOUNTS & BACKUP >> MANAGE ACCOUNTS

if I delete all my information, including the Samsung account info. Will the new person be able to add their own information?

or will they be left with a dead-brick phone?

Why not just do a full factory restore and hand it over, they can set it up with their credentials as a new device.

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

Even with a factory restore you still need to delete your google and samsung accounts.
The new owner will then be able to set it up as a new phone.
