I brought my son an Samsung A04 in January. It’s in a case basically looks new. Recently it’s just turned off and not restarted . There is a hard reset function and it normally comes back to life. Last week had the same problem, this time couldn’t get it started . The phone was sent to Samsung they have declined the claim as water damage. I have attached their pic where is it damaged? .

looks like there has been something in there, you can see traces of it in places.

where it is damaged, who knows, water gets in and when power is applied components short out and you would have no idea from the outside.

Was it actually dropped in water or anything like that?
