Hello

I think the latest outlook app has upset the email notification on my Samsung S23 Ultra.

The notification will not come at all. After I have press my pin number, the outlook will notify me that I got an email?

is it a sync issue or is it the sleep mode on notification...

thanks

Jacky

Have you configured notifications to show on the lock screen at all?

Yes, I am assuming yes

1 hour ago, while my phone was on lock mode, do a couple of test messages, and I received the messages.

now, 1 hour later, at 11.27, nothing shows up again... either I enter the pin to unlock the screen, the message will show up or I will press the outlook app, the message will be there.

is it something to do with sleep mode on one of the settings?

thanks

Have you accidentally put Outlook into deep sleep mode? Take a look at those settings.

Been fine for me over the last couple of days with Exchange work email.

Ironically also had a few emails about not updating Teams either! I wonder if IST saw it coming lol
