Hi all,

I have a Samsung S20FE that has been returned to me by an old staff member, but they've not factory reset it, so can't use the thing for another staff member. Does anyone have one of those unlock tool subscriptions they could use on this for me ?

Thanks :)

Try plugging it in to a PC, then press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key. When you see the Android logo, let the keys go. That should get you into the recovery menu.

Done that, but its locked via the Google account - similar to Apples. Can factory reset, but still wants last owners details to be setup.

Did the old staff member use their personal email account?

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

Appears so, tried resetting using their work account and nothing arrived.

I think you'll need to contact the ex-staffer, or send them the bill for a new phone 🤣
