Hi,

I am in the market for a Pixel 8 Pro.

Where is the best place to buy? I see Einftech is selling the Japanese version. Not sure what version mobile station is selling. Does it really matter which version one gets? I know the Japanese version has the always on camera clicker sound.

What about the Australian version? I could try to source one from there.

Some insights and recommendations is appreciated

Amazon.com has good deals and cheap shipping. Wait for a deal.

I've the Pixel 8 standard edition, upgraded from the Pixel 4a. My next phone will likely be a Samsung. Slimmer, faster, more compatible with NZ, doesn't get so hot when fast charging, etc.

Pixel 8 Pro - Where to buy in New Zealand

Google don't sell in NZ. You will pay more in NZ. That's ok if you're prioritising local warranty. Available from various parallel importers. I'm thinking Parallel Imported will sell most.

Japanese market has the photo click noise annoying for most people. Other than that dont know.
