Hi there

Has anyone tried one of these tablets? Specifically the TCL NXTPAPER ones? I have a decent phone (S23) but I'm getting old and reading on the screen is too much.

So I was looking at one of these

But is it actually nicer to read on than a normal LCD screen? I did consider a kindle or kobo but something that can also play videos etc is more convenient.

I have tried the Remarkable and I own a first gen Scribe.

I would use the Scribe more if there was OneNote integration.

I do really like it, it works really well for taking notes.

If I had my time again I've had spent the extra and got a Remarkable.

You could also consider: Lenovo IdeaPad 11" tablet.

This has replaced the Lenovo P11 tablet which I use all the time when I want to view almost anything that requires a bigger, brighter screen than a mobile phone. Pen included and Folio keyboard available as extra.

Actually that one looks better. More RAM so a bit more future proof. I'll check it out thank you.

I got the reMarkable Paper Pro Move on the weekend.  Seems good so far, but the sync abilities are limited, I assume because they have a proprietary OS.
