For someone who does not want to leave Location Services permanently on and finds it a hassle when connecting (by USB) to Android Auto, I wondered if there was some sort of automation/script etc that could accomplish this? ie plug phone into car, turn on Location Services. Unplug phone from car, turn off Location Services.

Also, if there is a way to do this, could it be adapted for use if later on the connection method changes to wireless using one of those AA wireless dongles?

Thanks.
