Folks, a heads up that Auckland-based Sprite Software is putting the final touches on its Backup application for Android handsets.

Beta 1 instructions for Android Backup are below, please remember it is an early beta, we are pumping here with builds going out daily. We expect to have a good application by the end of this month, and will start cramming the rest of the features in as they become useful this month.

Application will expire on 9 October 2009. You will need to turn on “Unknown source – Allow install of non-Market applications” in your device settings, by going to Settings>Applications>Unknown sources.
