I seem to have a strange bug with my HTC Magic.

If I create a calendar appointment and list the location as Auckland, then after a few minutes the location detail is wiped from my phone. When I check the same appointment on the Google Calendar online, the location is shown. If I edit the location to Hamilton then it remains in the appointment on both the phone and online. If I edit the location back to Auckland, my phone eventually reverts back to a blank location field.

The list of appointment locations which are not being saved on my phone include, Auckland, Mt Maunganui, Napier, Wellington & Christchurch. I have other appointments in Hamilton, Nelson & Dunedin and these all show ok.

Anybody else notice or experience this issue?

I got my phone as an insurance replacement about 3 weeks ago.

Regards Harry
