I was excited this afternoon when my unlocked G1 arrived from the US. I'm less excited this evening after my best efforts have failed to successfully log in and get the phone going.

Can anyone with an Android phone share the 2degrees APN settings? Specifically the internet ones. I realise 2degrees publishes these on its website (I have them in front of me now), but it's not easy determining which values go into which boxes, and I'm not sure whether the MMC and MNC need to be changed.

Any help appreciated.

I found the information I needed by searching for "2degrees android" rather than "2degrees g1". If any other G1 users are looking for it, you'll find it at several links such as:

Thanks. Note you don't need to configure the proxy for the internet APN, you can go direct to the internet (as per the second link you give). The 2degrees (wap) APN, if you use it, should use the proxy so you can get your balance on the 2degrees homepage.
