My second M001 arrived this morning. Got it on TradeMe for $126.

It's black. That's why I bought it. Here are the two, side by side.

Which do you prefer? Black or white?

If it's possible, the black plastic feels......better. In 'real life' it looks to me like a much more refined and attractive device.

Sorry if my ugly mug reflected in one of them disturbs the aesthetic....

Two Eken M001 tablets. One black and one white

Dont really have a preference colourwise.
Might just be the angle of the photo, but it almost looks like the white one looks larger.
Perhaps black really is slimming!
I always find that white doesnt tend to show the fingerprints quite so much.

$126 ! - They are $100USD off dealextreme - thats about $140NZ - So maybe someone is bringing them in a little cheaper in bulk or something - still - thats a very good price.

I'm sure they could if I put SwiFTP servers and AndFTP clients on both. They would then be able to login to each other.....at the same time.

Heh.

It gets better....I put in a "watchlist" bid on one a few days ago.....and found that this morning I have bought a 3rd one. I didn't intend to be the winner....

This latest one cost me $120.

I think the M001 market on TradeMe may be saturated. :-)

Plus people ending auctions on weekday morning or evenings are limiting the potential size of their audience. I always end an auction between 7pm and 9:30pm on a Sunday night.

I'm looking at selling my second and third one. :-)

Someone here at work may be a starter for one of the extras, but the second one will be anyone's.
