Hi,

I've got an LG Optimus and missed a call yesterday and on my locked screen it is still there saying i missed it even though i cleared my notifications.  Does anyone know how to clear the Missed Calls indicator from the locked screen ?

cheers

Does it stay if you re-boot the phone? That's the kick-in-the-guts solution....and maybe something more elegant will become apparent.

Unlock the phone, at the top left hand side of the screen you will see a missed call notification. Tap this and drag it down...then click on the call you missed, message etc.

This will clear the call log. This is the best place to go to pick up TXT messages and missed calls etc.

No idea then sorry, I have one of those mobiles in front of me and have tried twice to replicate your problem...as soon as I drag down the blind (the screen that has Sound, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS icons at the top) and click on the number I've missed...it disappears from the homescreen

OK i figured it out - in the Log tab I can clear them and it clears on the locked screen too.

Cheers

You shouldn't have to do that....but at least you found a work-around.

It should go away just by clearing Notifications.
