I have finally plucked up the courage and rooted my Desire. The new ROM I have chosen is a custom build of Modaco R8, which includes app2sd+

The trouble is I can't figure out how to setup and use app2sd+. Can someone please point me to the right direction? I have googled around but can't seem to find any instructions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
D.

If you have your SD card setup properly (with FAT32 and EXT2/3/4 partitions) you don't have to do anything, app2sd+ takes care of it all.

@kyhwana2: yes, you're right - my original problem is figuring out how to partition the SD card...which brings me to...

@Digbatt: the Modaco R8 ROM included an app called ROM Manager, which enables you to partition your SD card amongst other things. My version of the Clockwork recovery ROM had a faulty reboot binary so I struck a bit of an issue partitioning my SD card. Thankfully the ROM Manager app gave me a URL to a forum discussion which had a solution. Make sure you read the thread thoroughly as it had a couple of corrections down the thread...
