I've been fiddling around trying to get "My Contact Card" to sync properly with my Facebook / Twitter / Flickr accounts, but I can't get it to work!

I've got the My Contact Card which has information I've manually added, and I've also got myself as a contact. The contact has all my details (and they're up to date), whereas the My Contact Card is about 3 Facebook pictures old =/

I've tried going into the contact -> Link -> All Contacts, but I can't find Me/My Contact Card anywhere >.<
If I'm in the My Contact Card, I can't add Twitter/Facebook/Flickr details like I can with other contacts.

Any suggestions?
