Just wondering what the best RSS Reader that syncs with Google Reader is. I have tried gReader but it's basically the same as using the mobile site so why bother. I'd like one that had 2 way sync and dark coloured themes for saving battery life while reading. Anyone have a preferred reader?

I don't have anything to offer but also interested to hear what others might suggest. Good question.

eXDee: Newsrob here.

I know lokhor has a Samsung Galaxy S and when I checked NewsRob myself (saw it had been recommended on another forum) it said it runs slow on a Samsung Galaxy S.  Which is a shame.  It's obviously a good one otherwise.

I like FeedR.

It's a paid app.

How much does it cost and what does it do?

Ok I tried Newsrob and AopReader and both are basically the same as greader which means no dark theme unless you get pro. maybe FeedR is the way to go as it's the cheapest.

FeedR is a few dollars. I don't tend to worry about it if I have to pay more $ to get a steak and cheese pie or two. If I can't afford a good $3 app I had no business buying a smart phone.

It's an RSS reader. You can sync it with Google Reader. The feeds are stored on the sdcard if you want. You can define categories or groups and organise the feeds....yet it's lean and clean.

FeedR and NewsRob both have good reputations.\

For anyone who doesn't need Google Reader sync, like me, I recommend NewsRoom (love it).
