For those who are still running the original ROM, HTC/Telstra have finally released the official version of FroYo.
Try going check for updates, otherwise:

http://www.htc.com/au/supportdownloadlist.aspx?p_id=312&act=sd&cat=all

Also this has radio verison 32.48.00.32U_5.11.05.14 which is the latest
