Hi,  the track Infor I  got  is something like this using link provided by  Clove email:
"Your item, posted on 29/10/10 with reference LY59063XXXXGB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in NEW ZEALAND. "

So  is that means my  item already in NZ now?  Can I  still track  here, from  NZPost or  NZCouriers?

Yeah your reference number should have been passed onto nzpost so just track it on their website. Not much use though, it only says that it has arrived in new zealand and then a couple days later bam, it arrives on your door step. An hour later the website finally updates and says it was delivered.

Possibly. Have you called them and asked or tried entering that ref. number on their site?

That just means that it's left the UK. I didn't think about trying that tracking number on NZposts site..

Got it yesterday morning. Pretty fast I would say, don't have much time to play with it yet.
Still using prepay card buying 100M/$10 and NO WIFI IN OFFICE, OMG!
