Is the video-calling don the Tab evice dependant, or does it use the same format that regular Vodafone video calls use? I had a go at calling some of my other devices but it didn't want to connect.

It's not a feature I've got any particular desire to actually use, but it'd be nice to know if it actually works.

Neat device, had to grab the Car Home and Calculator apps from my Nexus One and install them onto the Tab though. No calculator app, really?

As far as I know, and assuming its the same as the Samsung Galaxy S, it is standard 3GPP video calling as supported on 3G networks for many years. The exception is that Tabs sold in the USA have had this disabled. May be the case in other markets as well...

This is over and above video calling over IP which can be implemented by a number of different apps (Qik, Skype etc).
