I often get attachments in e-mail (PDF, pictures etc.) that I would like to save to my SD card on my N1. Yet I have yet to find an option that allows me to do that.

Does anybody know how to do that or perhaps an application that can asssist? I have looked in the market but nothing seems to be relevant or work.
