I have recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy i5503t handset from Noel Leeming at a discounted price. One of the advertised features of this phone is that it can sync with Exchange mail, calendars etc.

I have managed to get it syncing with mail, but cannot get it to sync with my Exchange Outlook Calendar. I have tried resetting the phone, installing Samsung's Kies software, making sure I have the latest version of Android, and taking the phone to Telecom to get assistance; they could not get it to work either.

Has anyone else had a similar experience, or have any ideas on how I can resolve this? The main reason I bought this phone was to be able to sync with my calendar.

I don't know what tomfoolery Samsung has performed with Android, but in stock there should be an option under Menu > Settings > Accounts & Sync > "your Exchange Account"
