Ive been using LG GT 540 for a few months now, and just decided to use 3g data to access the internet.
I think this phone was imported from Korea and was sold here, no problems, works fine.

But when I go to SETTING - WIRELESS & NETWORKS - MOBILE NETWORK SETTINGS -  ACCES POINT NAMES,

I can't add any new APN. when i press Reset to Default, there is nothing in the list, and when i press NEW APN, screen goes back to the MOBILE NETWORK SETTINGS.

Could anyone help me add the APN so I can use the 3g data?

Hmm, can't seem to fix it.

Mobile network is off, nothing works..

Pressing New APN just let me back to the previous screen!

Which network are you on - you could try using the OTA service to send settings to the handset (might not work on that model).

Failing that, looks like you need to flash a new SW (generic version that is not locked down).
