Don't quite know what came over me. I walked into a Warehouse and bought a Vodafone 845 for $149 - including a pre-pay SIM.

I've got a 2Degrees SIM in it now and have been doing the $20 for 1GB thing.

Changed the launcher to Launcher Pro.
Changed the keyboard to "SlideIt" (Ideal for 3.2" resistive screens- much better accuracy than fat-finger pecking)

Installed Beautiful Widgets.

What an awesome wee smartphone for $149!

Blows me away. Again. I gave the last one I bought to my youngest daughter. She loves the thing.

True.

I want a new phone soon. Something awesome.

Maybe Samsung Galaxy S 2

Maybe something else just as awesome.

Whatever.....my Vodafone Smart3 contract ends on July 22nd.

I'll be reviewing my options. :-)
