So i am trying to get the android phone 7 look on my U8150.

I have launcher pro installed and have followed the instructions by using a 1x4 desktop visualizer widget then adding the image and resizing down to 1x3 with launcher pro. I have set launcher pro to use 5 rows.

The instructions i used are here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=781455

Problem is i seem to have way to much black space around the images as shown in screenshot.

I hadn't seen that before, will give it a try tonight although it seems to use a fair amount of resources compared to other launchers.

there is an option called auto fit or something like that, toggle it on/off that will fix it.

Tried the auto fit option but that didn't do anything, even after a reboot.

Also tried launcher 7 but that is very slow on my U8150 and is a bit buggy.
Not suitable for a everyday launcher on a phone this low spec.

If you want the Windows 7 look then get Launcher 7 as CdTDroiD says
