I got one from them some time ago, and apart from the BS about it being able to be jail broken to run 3g, I am very happy with mine, even got an OTA update to gingerbread last friday.

So does Wifi version got gingerbred too? I thought it was stuck on 2.2

These are not wifi only versions, they are sprint cdma tablets with wifi. I dont know about any models or variations other than the one I have.

So, for all practical purposes in NZ, they're WiFi only as the cell radio on them is less than useless to us.

Well at least it is not genuine WIFI version of Galaxy Tab, which is really crippled (SGX SGX530 and 1st gen A8 OMAP CPU, no hdmi out, can't play HD etc)
