Hi - have just purchased a new parallel import Galaxy S I9000. Love the phone, but the one irritating thing I can't seem to resolve is the stock message app automatically converts long SMS messages into MMS (which then don't send). Is there any way I can turn off the automatic conversion so that it just sends several SMS without converting? thanks in advance
As far as I'm aware you can't change this in the stock app. The best thing to do is just use a different messaging app. I use handcent sms (which is great) and I have heard a lot of good things about go sms as well.
