CYaBro: If it's anything like the iOS app then it will have problems.
I gave up on using the app on my iPhone mainly because I couln't log in using the same details I use on the website.
The mobile site is fine anyway and works!

The Subway phone app is similarly....odd. You have to enter a Subway card number. I bought a new phone and have no idea what my subway card number is. I tried to work out how to pick up where I left off rather than start over and gave up.
dontpanic42: When you made the order, did you select the three buttons like in the screen-shot below (i.e. if you were changing the pizza toppings).
Maybe that has some bearing on the 3x orders if you did muck around with these topping buttons?
I'm still puzzled by what these buttons actually do though. Does anyone know?

The buttons are for extra toppings...but yes I did add some cheese to the pizza. But your point is that it if the interface is difficult to understand, then it almost needs to be treated like a beta.
