Why is Android so bad at uninstalling apps/games etc? often uninstalling an app or game leaves a huge amount of stuff behind, i feel like im constantly trudging though root explorer trying to find stuff thats left behind...

Is there a method or app that makes this kind of thing easy?

or is it something we just have to "put up with"?

Windows Phone and iOS. Both delete everything once you uninstall an app.

Do whatever you want to do man.

Try using SD maid. There is a free version and paid version. I don't know if it gets everything but it is quite a good app for clearing out temporary and left over files.

Although the name is SD maid, it's not actually limited to just the SD card, it clears internal memory too.
