Ola pioneers one-time passcode feature to fight rideshare fraud

The feature sends passengers a unique four digit code after they book an Ola ride. When their car arrives, passengers tell the driver their one-time passcode, which must then be entered correctly into the driver app while the vehicle is stationary, matching the right car with the right customer before the ride can begin.
