I've read an article about what can happen if your Inbox is of a decent size and your Pocket PC starts suffering of "lack" of memory. Inspired by this I wrote some suggestions on how to reduce your Inbox size and make it easier to manage. You'll see these suggestions are valid for all e-mail users, regardless of platform used.

Last month, Microsoft announced its anti-spam initiative, designed to help combat the proliferation of spam, the unwanted, often deceptive commercial e-mail sent to consumers. MS Press published an interviewed Tim Cranton, a senior attorney at Microsoft in charge of defining legal strategies in the spam lawsuits, and Stirling McBride, a senior investigator at Microsoft in charge of identifying and tracking down alleged spammers discovered by Microsoft technical teams.

Intel is celebrating the 25th anniversary of a processing architecture that has spawned an industry: the Intel® architecture (or x86). It all began with the 8086 CPU, which was the logical evolution of Intel's processor family to 16-bits, and a follow on to the successful 8080 and 8085 chips. Intel's goal at the time was to retain backward compatibility with the large installed base of 8-bit code, while providing a greater address space (a full 1MB!) and faster clock speeds of up to 5 MHz.
