Yes, that's right. This is the thread some of you have been waiting for: I Have an Issue With TelstraClear (for a similar Telecom New Zealand thread click here, for a similar Vodafone New Zealand thread click here).

Post here if you you have a genuine complaint or disappointing experience about TelstraClear because:

- They provided a bad customer service experience;
- There was an unresolved overcharge in your account;
- You have a written promise of a service that the company failed to deliver.

Don't post here or anywhere in the forums if you don't like TelstraClear because:

- it's a large company;
- it makes a profit;
- they don't have the serviceyou want;

Off-topic posts will be deleted. One post per user only please.

Cheers Mauricio.

Well just so happened I have an issue with TCL at the moment...

In short, my request for upgrade from HighSpeed 20GB as part of my Triple Service, to LightSpeed 40GB, I have problem attaining the LightSpeed suggested of 10Mbits downstream. You see, before LightSpeed, I can get close to 4Mbits for downstream, however with LightSpeed I'm merely getting 0.3Mbits speed bump, for $30+ more per month, and 20GB additional traffic!!!

Over in another topic [TCL upgrades - is 10meg actually 10meg?], another customer has the similar difficulty of trying to get 10Mbits speed, in fact he was told TCL could not provide such speed at his network area, the best they seem to be able to provide is 4Mbits. Could the similar be happening at my area/situation?

I also have blogged about this issue: [TCL LightSpeed 40GB at <4.5Mbit downstream]

Internet is my backyard...
