DjShadow,
If your Sky installer is a "nice guy", he should get back to you. My install was done on Thur. of this week and I'm expecting to hear back from my installer mid-May for the quad-LNB and cabling.
In respect to TV3, irrespective of what Sky Customer Serives may have told you, the best that Sky HD can offer is 720p. It should be a considerable step up from standard TV, however if you are comparing it to TV3 via FreeviewHD, it isn't going to be as good.

BuckoNZ
Since when has Sky HD been 720p????
FACT - As of about 3 minutes ago the Simpsons was being broadcast in 1080i, on TV3 HD from Sky, with a bit rate of about 11-12 MB average, which is very very comparable to the DVB-T broadcast at exactly the same time.
It is not, and has not ever been 720p.
I would go as far as to say on like for like equipment most people couldn't tell the difference.
This myth continues to be spread that the Freeview signal is superior to Sky's, but it is simply a myth.
