I presume based on that, that there is no working app for Shield TV then? Does sideloading the Android device work well or not at all?

I chromecasted the Squash Final last night. Very impressive picture, good controls, though I did have 3 buffering episides. One at my office, which is 200Mbps Fibre, and at home twice in about 30 minutes which I have Gigabit Fibre for.

Is buffering or loss of connection something other people are seeing?

Whats the latest on replays? I gather you can get them if using a browser, as long as you start the replay within 24 hours. I expect everything to be replayeable on the ATV4 app. Any progress?

Appears to be working - unless they screen the wrong thing.  (Happened to me recently - sky's response was basically "too bad").

The highlights area works really well.

Grab One deal for SSN today. 4 mths for $40.  It will roll over to $50/mth if you dont cancel within the 4 months.

PSA for all who brought the grab one deal, check your subscriptions.

I forgot about it over the last couple of months (haven't logged in for ages) and just got charged the first $50/mth fee, I brought and activated it on the same day (2/12) so everyones sub should be expiring this month.

I actually put a reminder in my calendar to cancel the sub haha or I could see that happening when that deal stopped. Didn't actually see an option to do this on the site but live chat sorted it quickly. A little cheeky to not allow you to stop it on the site but that's sort of to be expected these days.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Exactly the same thing happened to me.  I even set a reminder back when I bought it, but when I logged in to cancel, I didn't see any option and just assumed it wouldn't auto-renew.

$50 later and I have a fresh month of sport in a time when there isn't a single iota of live sport anywhere in the world!  Lol.

I lost track of my subscription too. I emailed them and they could see if hadn't been using it so credited the money back. easy peasy

To be honest - this makes me quite mad - I've purchased an entire year of Sky Sport up front, yet when I asked whether there would be any thing like an extra month tacked on due to no live sport, the answer was a flat no.

It'd be really good to see a move to more of an on demand for sports that have played, rather than the 24 hours - especially when we look over the ditch at the offerings of the likes of Kayo.

Yeah I’m the same. I purchased a yearly subscription but I haven’t been able to use it at all for 2 months. They offered free neon but there is nothing on there I’m interested in so I don’t use it. If I’m subscribed to live sport but sky don’t supply live sport then why do should I have to pay for that? Surely the CGA would say the product does not fit its intended purpose over that period?
