mickeydrip: Our LNB has been replaced, problem now solved. It was a problem that only occurred in direct sunlight, if you shaded it the channels came straight back on!!!
The technician tried to fit an old one first, same problem!!!! Beware, apparently they have been told to re-use them, so insist on a new one!!!!
