It works fine on my iphone, with skygo apllic, but if try from laptop get

It plays fine on iphone so I am authorised to watch it, zone channel, just I want to play on TV in room without decoder.

I have movies at moment and if I go to play that on catchup, it plays fine through web browser, so if it was my flash/ browser set up surely that wouldn't play.

I've tried chrome browser, as well as microsoft edge on windows 10.
