We have shifted houses and taken our MySky box with us. When I plugged it in everything worked accept the free to air channels (1 2 3). We get Prime.

I tried resetting the box, nothing. I new the dish was aligned as my parents had just had it done (we moved into the farm house). Signal is really good. I plugged in a freeview box and all worked fine.

I checked on the roof and the LNB is 10.750 and that is what is in the setup. Not really to sure about the other settings but neither were sky when I rung them.

Also we get the +1 channels.

Very strange.

If any one has any ideas or something like this it would be great.

I have tried to search.

Thanks

Richard

If it helps the LNB says

Triax Single TSI 010

Freq: 11.7-12.75ghz

LO 10.75 Ghz

NF 0.3dB

Thanks

Richard

I had heaps of trouble with MySky until I moved the cordless phone further away from it.

Check the input is screwed into input 1.

That LNB by NAME is not one that sky use, I would call sky and get them out to fix it. $50...

mySky receives HD TVNZ1, TVNZ2, +HR=E from a DVB-S2 H.264 mux, Freeview box receives SD transmission from a different DVB-S mpeg2 mux. Such issues are caused by incorrect skew, i.e., not correctly aligned.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

I moved the skew to about 8 o'clock and it works. It was about 6.30. Amazing that much of a turn made all the difference.
Thanks for all your help
