Hi Guys
We have a sales lead who has called us complaining about his current broadband provider and wants to switch over to us. Normally I would be happy to accept a new subscriber, but his reason he is unhappy with his broadband provider is weird.
The issue is that sky constantly has picture problems....
He seems to think he is streaming, but from memory, when I personally had sky, the half picture blockyness was a satelite signal. I dont think its a streaming issue. I dont even know if sky sport 2 could be streamed online?
I cant get him to clearly explain to me how his media system is set up so I am not sure if i want to take on the customer and then have him disappointed that his issue is not fixed.
