gadgetmannz: It also comes down to the most popular phone out there at the moment. There are alot of iPhone users out there at the moment so ofcourse they will side with the iPhone. I have had an iphone 3G and I agree they're a great phone. I like my HTC Hero better at the moment for its flash support. Only my opinion but I have used both so I can see it from the other iphone users point of view.

Do you find the web browsing experience better than the iPhone though? I've seen a few videos of the browser and it looks a little laggy and doesn't format well when zooming in.
Also, the iPhone 3GS loads websites and renders them about twice as fast as the 3G. (lol I sound like such a fan boy but I'd seriously consider the Hero if the browser is as good as the 3GS)

The browsers on both the iPhone and the Android platform are both Webkit, aka the same browser. This is the same for Google Chrome or Safari on a PC, so both phones are going to give you the same web experence.

They may render the same due to webkit, but the "web experience" can be completely different between browsers, especially in the mobile format.
