I can download m4a ringtones to my 8400 but not to my wifes 3100 even tho it tells me it has 700kn of space - the ringtone's only 262kb but the phone then tells me insufficient memory! :-(

As an aside - i CAN get another ringtone to load which is only 112kb but then the phone tells me it doesn't have the right
plug-in present....how can this be if they're both Sanyo's?
