Hi, first post..
Bought a Galaxy S thru Telecom. Nice phone. Have been told since I bought it that essential to...
Root it (blimey)
Hack it
Fix the lag and various other things I don't understand.
Can anyone shed any light ??
Cheers

That thread has heaps of information, the Galaxy S subforum at XDA-developers is also a wealth of information!

Cheers guys
I've had a look at the 'big' thread although not read all of it by any means. Getting the impression my new toy is a bit of a glitch-fest.
