Got a few on the go myself:

* laundry renovation
* kitchen renovation (these two are combined - moved a wall to make a larger space. Final stages now. Only started 9 months ago so going well)
* replace some weather boards
* attic stairs (stairs in place but need to finish the trim)
* new house alarm (purchased, need to install)
* wardrobe (haven't started the demo yet - thought I should finish the kitchen first)
* remove overgrown garden (seriously overgrown - stands about a meter tall)
* replace some floor joists that have had woodworm
* Veggie garden

My list isn't as long as others

Finish smart wiring the house
Hanging tv cabinet to go under the wall mounted tv
Move bathroom wall for bathroom renovation (that's being done by a professional)
Re-Bark the garden

I'll have to start some more to keep up ;)

I am, well my partner and I are in the process of redoing one bathroom(shower and vanity only), and shifting our laundry as the old laundry is going to be bathroom number two(bath, vanity). The partially completed laundry has all been lined, gib stopped, and wiring installed and some overhead cupboards installed all by moi. The wiring will be connected and certified by a licensed electrician of course. The room where the laundry is was a PITA, as it was an add-on to our 1920's house and some muppet decided that rough casting on the interior walls would be a fun thing to do. A couple of weekends of hard labour and we managed to remove it all. Have also put in a new subfloor as the existing floor was concrete that had a slope to it and using levelling compound would have cost a fortune.

Might put up some pics of what it was like if I can still find them. Don't ever buy a 1920's house where the previous owner didn't do much. ;)

I have just purchased a chainsaw so there are a lot of trees at the back of the property that are going to meet their doom.

Our dressage arena needs another truck load of sand on it so I am replacing the frame and increasing the height on the drainage end.

The tack shed is going to have all the tin taken off and replaced with ply (I am not doing that one my father-in-law will be.

All the fences will need repainting again this year.

We are looking at building some new stables/calf sheds

Well been spring the list is growing fast..
Finish the raise bed vegie garden
Plant fruit trees and grape vine
Seal new garage floor (63m²)
Line new garage (probably 18mm MDF, work for an MDF mill so nice and cheap)

No doubt other things will come on to the list

Over the weekend, I poured another layer of mortar bringing it almost to ground level.

I'm going to put a concrete tree ring on top so just need a little more mortar for it to sit on.

i just dosed a bunch of surfaces in the carport with bird proof gel. The little blighters started hanging out there a few months back and the car, walls, windows and drive are covered in excrement!

I'm fixing my house - EQ repairs.
LBPs needed for restricted work, foundations (done), cladding (arranged), and a deck demolition and rebuild (arranged), laying a new sewer (arranged), design and documentation for consents where needed (under way).
I've epoxy-injected all the non-structural cracks in the perimeter foundation, done some other concrete repairs, screwed eco-ply to framing for additional bracing, repaired hole in rimu T&G soffits where the chimney used to be, fixed roof in that area, reattached fascia and guttering/spouting, fixed damaged window joinery (and reglazed where needed). Next jobs are to re-fit sub-floor vents (many got smashed), install log-burner, remove and replace tiles at front entrance. Then I start on interior repairs to plaster and paint, remove an interior (non load-bearing) wall between kitchen and dining room to complete renovation 1/2 completed when an EQ came along and munted the place. My current DIY project is a full-time job for the next 6-12 months. Total project size is about $250k.
Today I'm having a day off - needed to change oil/filters on a couple of our cars, rotate wheels, change brake pads.

This weekends task is to get the spare car unstuck from the lawn where it has dug itself into a hole. Then go and get some more gravel.

This weekend, adding another service to my already existing server:

1. Bringing Live and recorded TV for all devices in the house using NextPVR
(if this works out well, i may be able to ditch the Tivo)
2. Hosting centralized XBMC database

So far its already hosting:
Itunes server
NAS
Plex Media server
HTTP File server (HFS)
SSH server

I will be trying to fit a tank vac in my water tank this weekend,
which as its half full, means I will be having a good shower before hand so I can't taste my own feet when I next have a cup of tea ;)
