@ivanp: Sounds great! :) Is pay on pickup OK? I assume they haven't arrived yet, so if you could PM me when they do I can come and pick them up.

@illicit: Yup, no worries, PM me your details and we can sort out shipping, payment, etc when ivanp gets them.

@sidefx: Yes, pay on pickup is OK as long as you have the exact amount without need for change. Or you could use your mobile for wire-transfer on pickup.
The heatermates have been sent from AU just two hours ago, I'll PM when they arrive - probably middle of next week.

Mine arrived today so I have nothing but good things to say about polglase.  Quick and efficient, straight up and with good communication throughout.  Thanks.

I am told there's a small parcel at home, so I guess it's my Heatermate too! Thank you :)

freitasm: It is great. We have used it last year and again in Bella's room, which we try to keep at around 18-19c and it works as advertised - we have a thermometer in one corner and the heater in another, plugged into this device and it does keep the room temperature as required.

Considering getting a couple more for the office and our bedroom.

Can I ask you what type of heater you have plugged into this gadget?

Just a standard oil column heater.

No problem at all, it worked out well for all of us. Special thanks to benmurphy66 who received and dropped off or posted everything outside of Auckland.

I've received 5 heatermates today from AU - I need just 2, so another 3 are available. Waiting for @sidefx reply - he wanted to pick them up.

I received mine too.   Must have been dropped off in my letterbox as I don't see any post stamp or courier sticker on it.
Thanks polgase and benmurphy66.

Hi guys.  Need help. I got my heatermate, looks like it should be working but for some reason it isn't! I have followed instructions, reset it, watched their youtube video, tried different sockets, but it just doesn't seem to turn my heater on! tried oil heater as well as simple fan heater :-(  what else can i try or what i might be doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Is the flame displayed in the LCD screen (instead of the snowflake which is the default)?
