It worked for me and then stopped. I had a lot of dealings with customer support, and now vaguely remember something to do with it being the fact that I had a jailbroken ATV still running 4.4.4. Or was it an issue with Ipad2...scratches head to remember...

Actually, the Samsung PLP app said a max of 26 characters for the email address, but it only allowed 25 – mine is 26, not 27.
Anyway, I phoned Coliseum to report this, and they changed my PLP login to use another (shorter) email address I have. So, I’m sorted, although, the app should allow for much longer email addresses really, it should allow the same as you are allowed to register with PLP is the first place. 25 characters is not a lot, @slingshot.co.nz = 16, so your name/user can only be 9 characters long.
