ALTRON:

zero issues watching jpn vs rus. Looked great.

Using the app on my 2017 Panasonic tv, all Ethernet connection, spark fibre.

ps.

I tried watching it with the kodi sparksport addon for my vero 4k but it buffers like crazy and is pretty much unwatchable.

Interesting. Kodi was rock solid for me on the FireTV. Much better quality than the sideloaded Android TV app.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Yeah everything like sky sport now  works great on my vero 4k yet SS constantly buffers for no reason.  It would be great if i could get it working correctly so I could have everything on kodi 😉

Did anyone else have an issue at the start of the aus v Fiji game.

Kick off about to be taken and my feed just stops. After 20 seconds no change. I then clicked play and it starts again but I am now delayed. I then clicked watch live and it catches up.

Missed the first 30 seconds of the match. Not a great start...

Using PC with Windows and chrome attached to TV via hdmi.

I did notice a little bit of buffering right when the coverage started. Just went back ten secs and clicked live, has been perfect since.

Excellent crisp quality on SS. Viewing via chrome on laptop on 5ghz WiFi and 2Degrees Gigabit, and connected to TV via HDMI. Was quick blackout for about 3 seconds during the countdown (seemed like something at the host broadcaster end) to kickoff but resumed fine with no issues . My visitors think they are watching a tv broadcast.

I also have not had any problems with the feed since the kick off issue.

Don't really care missing a bit of this game. I now have big concerns about the start of the all black match...

Sorry, but I'm missing the whole game now coz the app wont load the game.

I'll check somewhere else on the internet.

Your not missing anything though? You can watch it when it is working.

Try logging all your devices out. Restart then try on a single device.

I had to restart my TV. Seems the Samsung app cant cope if you swap sources. I'll need to find a device now to run the app from as multi-tasking will be a requirement.

1. mirror galaxy s10+ to TV - not 1080p but smooth

2. HDMI cable laptop to TV - cannot detect

3. HDMI cable another laptop to TV - no sound but smooth picture
update - won't detect now no picture

4. finicky wireless display from windows 10 to TV - screen lag (not 60 fps,  but jumping around, but 1080p with the best resolution no pixellation, but epilepsy/nausea inducing - must be 10 fps)

!@#$%^!

TV is a 2018 LG C8

I miss Sky :(
