I thought it was great actually - pretty standard recipe for a TG/GT special but well done. I would probably watch anything those three do.

The PBR might have been a little inappropriate but man what a cool boat. Think it had Hamilton Jets on it too right?

Yep, well, I assume Hamilton. He said they were from New Zealand.

How good was that? "There are no surviving PBR's so I'll just spend 100,000 pounds on reverse engineering a replica from the blueprints instead".

I thought 100,000 pounds was actually not bad for all that. 😄

Rikkitic: Apart from the above, South Park mocks everybody. None of their targets have any reason to feel singled out. They are an equal opportunity mocker.

It seems Clarkson was at least partially wrong when he said there are no original PBRs in existence - PBR 722 is undergoing restoration and is either in NZ or on the way shortly.

I'm sure you will be quiet happy then with South Park and their mocking of trans athletes? Way too transphobic if you ask me, and yes this show should be banned too. Its not about my moral view at all. Racism/bigotory should be banned, or at the very least censored! Its more than just offensive, its a crime.

Huh? Racism and bigotry are not crimes, unless of course you mean "Thought crime"

That's not the way the real world works and it's offensive to those who believe that they are capable of making their own judgements.

In any case, I know your opinion won't change - you seem extremely confident of your position and I respect that - but I don't respect you trying to make others live by your standards.

You may find the BBC will disagree with your opinion.

Clarkson is a racist and he was fired from top gear for a reason.

Jeremy Clarkson's contract wasn't renewed by the BBC because of the "unprovoked physical attack" against another BBC staff member

Agreed... but that was the last straw. He had plenty of warnings for sexism, racism, and homophobic slurs prior to that.

He lost his position at the BBC for literally something other than what you are trying to infer he lost his position for. Regardless of what I think of your feelings on the topic, that's a bad and lazy argument you are trying to make!

The BBC put the most woke assistant producer they could find together with Clarkson to try to force him  to be as woke they are.. that was only going to end one way.

Okay, so in summary, The Grand Tour / Clarkson and South Park are all just good fun and completely harmless.

All I want to know is was Seamen a good special and worth watching?
