so i found these 3 channels which run on cloudfront can be seen by people from other countries using this method of proxy, might work for others too

Moodle is a training CMS platform. Have seen it at a few places. If it uses traffic offload at those sites It'd be sure to be noticed fast :)

Depends how TVNZ do it, if they assume people are watching their normal stream url and swap out the stream for one with the content blacked out .e.g an alternative. Or use the same stream url as normal and black that out.

Oz channel 7 use to loop border patrol when they had block out sports

Actually im working on it at the moment, dont panic there will be options ;-)

doesn't look like it, looking at the on demand tv guide its showing up as "not available on demand"

Despite advertising the ceremony and game was fta, ceremony was missed

They're doing like home and wallabies only fta, rest fox

Actually it is Geo blocked, just not very well. Matts add on, fiddles with the forwarding headers to get around it.
