I'm not quite sure, but it seems that "Stirr Horror" doesn't stream the right channel. according the Stirr Channel guide... I might be wrong thought (I only watch it once)...

Does this work for Kodi on Android TV?

Yes it does for me...

It should work on all forms of Kodi

Via the simpletvpvr built in option

I have been using this on different Android devices for some time now and it works brilliantly for me. Just install any Kodi version, activate PVR IPTV Simple Client, configure with @Apsattv URL (ask here if you need help with this) and you are good to go. All NZ Freeview channels and a lot of other legal ones as well. Also some Australian but you might need a DNS proxy to get all of them.

I'm told the aussie ones work fine with getflix dns
