Seems to be working again

it opens fine using  vlc on aussie pc

Just tried again , still no go , tried old SD links which do work .

assume your vpn is being blocked

Using dns4me everything else seems to be working , will have to try rebooting router but in this house thats a big ask .

I just tried it with DNS4ME and it didn't work. It does work on VPN. 

Tested again this morning and all working , no changes made at my end .

If you find urls that are no longer working then post here and I will check and confirm / replace /delete

But best to give more info such as device and software and the method of playing that you are using

I just noticed that the NZ Prime test streams appear to have stopped working. Is this something you did? I can't play the Prime HD stream because my Android box chokes on it for some reason.
